A Message from the Founders of YUWA Inc

Dear YUWA Family,

When we founded YUWA Inc in 2021, we had one clear goal: to create a supportive, inclusive space for the Nepalese community in Western Australia—especially our youth and professionals. We wanted to bring people together through sports, culture, education, and friendship. And today, we’re proud to say that this dream is becoming a reality.

YUWA has grown into a vibrant community. Whether it’s through cricket, football, and volleyball teams, cultural events, academic workshops, podcast or mentoring new students, we’ve seen people come together, build connections, and support each other in meaningful ways.

From the beginning, we’ve made it a priority to remain non-political, inclusive, and fully volunteer-run. Our doors are open to everyone, regardless of background or beliefs. That’s what makes YUWA special—it belongs to all of us.

To our members, volunteers, supporters, and everyone who’s helped us along the way: thank you. Your involvement is what keeps YUWA strong and growing.

We’re excited about what lies ahead—new programs, stronger partnerships, and more opportunities to serve our community both here in Australia and back in Nepal.

Together, we will keep moving forward—building a stronger, more connected future.

Warm regards,
Founders of YUWA Inc
